What the booking form collects
A planned-service request can include your name, callback number, optional email, requested date and time, service type, vehicle, pickup, destination, and notes you choose to provide.
How those details are used
Request details are used to review the job, contact you, determine appropriate equipment, and confirm timing and price. Submitting the form does not automatically dispatch a truck or confirm a booking.
Customer-authorized GPS
The site requests browser location only after you press a GPS sharing button and approve the browser prompt. Precise coordinates, approximate accuracy, and a random reference are stored for no more than two hours. They can also be deleted sooner from the private owner portal.
Storage and access
Planned requests and GPS shares are stored in a Cloudflare Durable Object attached to this CoryCape demo. Customer details are available only through the authenticated Midtown owner portal. Public pages never expose the stored request list.
Retention
Planned requests are retained for up to 180 days unless the owner deletes them earlier. GPS shares expire automatically after two hours. Owner sign-in sessions expire after eight hours.
Payments, advertising, and sale of data
The booking system does not collect payment-card details. It does not sell booking or GPS data and does not use that information for advertising.
Your choices
GPS sharing is optional. You may call instead of using the booking form. To ask about or request deletion of a submitted request, call Midtown Towing at 305-754-1450 and provide the booking reference.
