These terms apply to the work-in-progress website at https://midtown-towing.corycape.com.
Emergency use
Do not rely on the planned-service form for an emergency, roadside danger, or immediate dispatch. Call 911 for immediate danger and call Midtown Towing directly for active roadside help.
Pending requests
A website submission is a request for review. Service, equipment, arrival timing, price, destination, and the pickup appointment are not confirmed until Midtown Towing contacts you directly.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, route, access, and condition information. Missing or incorrect details can affect equipment selection, timing, availability, or price.
GPS sharing
You may share a device location only when you are authorized to do so. GPS accuracy varies and does not replace a clear address, cross street, landmark, or direct conversation with dispatch.
Website availability
The website and owner portal may be unavailable during updates or provider outages. Phone dispatch remains the primary path for time-sensitive service.
Work-in-progress status
This CoryCape-hosted website is a public redesign and operations demo. Replacing Midtown Towing’s independent production website and establishing final customer ownership require separate approval.
